The feasibility study was very positive. It identified that an environmentally sensitive building could be constructed on a little used site right in the centre of Halesworth, and there was a sufficient business case for it to be a success. The site chosen for the Centre is behind the shops between the Thoroughfare and Cheddiston Street, going down to the river.
The above sketch is only to give some idea of how the Centre could fit into the town; it is not a definitive plan. |
