Halesworth and Blyth Valley Centre for the Community - Feasibility StudyThe feasibility study carried out for us by environmental
architects "Architype".
The feasibility study was very positive. It identified that an environmentally sensitive building could be constructed on a little used site right in the centre of Halesworth, and there was a sufficient business case for it to be a success. We have decided on the site for the centre. Its unused land between the Thoroughfare and Chediston St. from the back of Lloyds bank down to the river, about 1.5 acres. see the Artists Impression. To meet all the requirements that people and organisations have said they want needs quite a large complex of rooms and halls. And we have some idea of costs, anyone got £2.5 million spare? | |||||||||
